Join us on Tuesday, September 10th where the skills of Chefs Nick Alvis & Scott Price will be paired with the extraordinary wines of Craggy Range Estate, to create a culinary adventure featuring a five course tasting menu paired with some of New Zealand’s finest wines. The menu will include foie gras with pretzel and cucumber, turbot with Szechuan pepper, delectable salmon and duck with sweetcorn and tarragon. Craggy Range Founder and Master of Wine, Steve Smith, will be present during the evening to tell you about the wines and answer your questions. Do not miss what will be a truly memorable evening.
